The Team

Christovita Wiloto

CEO, Founder & Owner of Wiloto Corp. Group Of Companies, has an extensive background in corporate communications, financial analysis & investor relations.

Since 1990 Christov has been a banker. He was The Agency Secretary of IBRA (BPPN) that responsible as Investor Relations Division Head with IDR 600 trillion assets of hundreds companies and many top Indonesian holding companies to be managed.

Set up Indonesia roadshow to Singapore, Hong Kong, Seoul-Korea, Tokyo-Japan, London-England, New York and USA.

Deal with almost all worldwide financial & non financial media, such as Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Asian Wall Street Journal, Asia Money, Financial Times, Dow Jones, AFX, Bridge News, NHK, Nikkei, Fortune, New York Times, The Economist, The Business Times, etc. With close relationship with worldwide financial organizations, such as World Bank, Asian Development Bank, International Monetary Fund. Deal with world class rating companies such as Standard & Poors, Moodys, etc.

Previously he was Corporate Planner in banks such as Bank Tiara, Bank Niaga, and American Express. Christov is the author of two Public Relations best selling books: The Power of Public Relations and Behind Indonesia’s Headlines.

He received a Master of Management’s degrees in Strategic Management from Asian Institute of Management, Makati Manila, Philippines. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management from Padjadjaran University, Bandung. He graduated from The Leadership Training at Galillee Institute, Israel and Haggai Institute, Maui Hawaii, USA.

Erry Firmansyah

The University of Indonesia’s graduate with accountancy degree class of 1975. He began his career as an auditor in accounting firm Drs. Hadi Sutanto (correspondent Price Waterhouse) from 1982 to 1984. He then worked for a consulting firm PT Sumarno Pabottinggi Management until 1990 and began to establish his career with Lippo Group until 1998 as an Executive Director. Prior to become a President Director in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) he served as a President Director in PT Kustodian Sentral efek Indonesia from 1998 to 2002. He has served BEI until July 2009 and he established PT Eagle Capital in October 2009.

Currently Erry also serves as an Independent Coommissioner for number of companies including: PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (PPA). Besides he actively contributes to some organizations: KADIN as a vice chief of finance committee, Donating member of Donating Council of Andalas University, member of advisory council of IAI, member of advisory council IAMI, member of advisory council of CWMA. Erry has a wide business network with prominent entrepreneurs within and outside Indonesia and has a long respectable relationship with government officers.

Dr. Jos Luhukay

Dr. Jos Luhukay is a veteran for various senior management positions and equity partnership in various companies. Danamon Bank is one of it. However, in April 2011, Joseph Fellipus Peter Luhukay resigned from Danamon Bank.

After getting his bachelor’s degree from Electrical Engineering, University of Indonesia, Jos Luhukay worked as a technician in various companies from 1972 to 1977. In 1980 he continued his computer studies in the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, United States. He obtained his doctoral degree in 1983.

After returning from the US, Jos contributed to University of Indonesia, where he once studied. He set up the Computer Faculty of UI. His career rocketed and in no time he became the President of Lippo Bank (2004-2006). There are still many other large companies where Jos contributed. To mention some of them are Ernst & Young, Niaga Bank, Ministry of Finance of Republic of Indonesia and Ministry of Research and Technology. Jos was also listed as the Deputy Rector of BINUS UNIVERSITY in September 1996.

Harry Wiguna

The University of Indonesia’s graduate with accountancy degree class of 1974. He had dedicated his knowledge and skills to PT Aseam Indonesia, which is a non bank financial institution owned by 5 big banks namely: Bank Bumi Daya, Dai Ichi Kangyo Bank, Paribas Bank, Dresdner Bank, Kleinwort Benson from 1981 to 1989. He was responsible for the activities of treasury, money market and capital market. He then teamed up with some colleagues to establish PT Bina Tata Laksana Pacific, which is a brokerage firm and PT BT Prima Securities Indonesia, which is a securities firm licensed for security brokerage and underwriter from 1989 to 1995. Both companies were affiliated with Bankers Trust. In 1995 he joined PT Sinarmas Sekuritas and held a the position of President Director until he was chosen as a one of Directors to lead Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 1999. He served as a director of trading from 1999 to 2002 and Director of Listing from 1999 to 2005.

Since 2005 he worked for PT Danareksa, the largest state owned security company engaging in brokerage, underwriting and Fund Management, as an executive director until 2009. After that he jointly establish PT Eagle Capital to continuously support the growth and development of Indonesian Capital Market. Harry also actively participated to establish many organizations and professional associations in relation with capital market, to educate and to become a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics University of Indonesia.

Dr. Agustinus Prasetyantoko

Doctoral degree in Economics, Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) – Lettres et sciences humaines, Lyon, in agreement with Department of Finance, ESCP-EAP, The European School of Management, Paris, France. Majoring in Financial Economics.  Master program in Strategic Management at Université de Science et Technologies de Lille (USTL). Undergraduate program at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, 1992 – 1997.

Partner at Strategic Indonesia, and also a full-time Lecturer at Atma Jaya Catholic University, Jakarta from August 1998 to present. Also a temporary member of GATE (Groupe d’Analyse et de Théorie Economique), CNRS UMR 5824 – Université Lyon 2 and ENS Lsh, February 2006 – present, and a temporary Research Fellow at Oxfam  – Great Britain for  “Project on Corporate Social Responsibility of Multinational Corporations in Indonesia”, January 2004 – July 2004.  Research Analyst at the Centre for Financial Policy Study (CFPS), Jakarta, from 1998 to December 2003. Research Fellow at the Centre Information of Law-Economic Studies (CINLES). Freelance writer (mainly) for KOMPAS daily newspaper based in Jakarta since 1997 to present.

Kristanto Hartadi

The University of Indonesia’s graduates majoring in Social and Political Science (1983 – 1989) and an ongoing postgraduate student at University of Indonesia (2010 – Present). He had dedicated his knowledge and skills into media and journalism world. He began his career as a reporter at Warta Ekonomi (1989). Since that, he had worked at several media, such as Suara Pembaruan (1989 – 1999), Astaga!.com (2000 – 2001) and the recent one is Sinar Harapan (2001 – Present) as a Senior Editor.

Kristanto had taken several courses and seminars, both national and international. Workshops in USA and UK, courses in New Zealand and Jakarta, and Seminars in German and USA. These have enrich his knowledge and skills in press, management, and English language fields.

The knowledge that he had on Social and Political Science has taken him into becoming a lecturer. Currently, Kristanto serves as a lecturer at several university, such as President University (2008 – Present), Pelita Harapan University (2006 – 2008) and Indonesian Christian University (1996 – 1999). Beside that, the experience on media handling and journalism made him a speaker and trainer for some seminars and international workshop. Kristanto also involved in communication field with specialty in crisis communication. He is a part time consultant on crisis communication.

Iwel Sastra

Welnaldi Sastra or widely known as Iwel Sastra is a pioneer of Stand Up Comedy in Indonesia. After championing a prestigious comedy competition in 1989, he decided to be a professional comedian.

In broadcasting field, he did his debut in 1993 as a radio announcer DMC 107.9 FM Jakarta. Now he is well known as a seriously funny Stand Up Comic, Host and TV program conceptor.

In addition, Iwel spends his professional time as a marketing communication practitioner specializing in Marketing Public Relations, Branding Strategies for Entrepreneurs and Political Campaign.

Having so many activities under his belt, Iwel prefer to call him self as comedipreneur.

M Reza Hoesin

Reza Hoesin is a Strategic Communications Expert. He has worked in several companies such as Bank Danamon, Indonesia Banking Restructuring Agency, Holdiko Perkasa, PT. Ogilvy & Mather Indonesia and Weber Shandwick Worldwide.

He was the Investor Relations Manager at Holdiko Perkasa, the biggest group of companies build by Indonesia Banking Restructuring Agency. He managed all Investors in the process of divestment of the companies.

Before joining as a partner in Powerpr, previously Reza Hoesin was The Assistant Vice President, Head of External Affairs in Bank Danamon Indonesia, PT Tbk

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Financial Management major, University of Indonesia, Graduated in April 1997 and Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Cardiff Business School – Emphasis on Financial Management and Change Management, University of Wales, Cardiff, United Kingdom, Graduated in September 1998.

Rieman Tang

Rieman has a Bachelor degree from ITB and Master degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Having been been in IT industry for almost 20 years and involved in anything from pre-sales, sales, project management to on-going support, he has wide range of experience in dealing with, interacting with, and managing various levels of people within an organization. He was also in a property industry for a period of time.

He is now PowerPR head representative in Singapore.

Setio Priyono

Partner and Director of  Wiloto Corporindo.

His career started as a General Manager in Internal Audit Department for International Business Division in a Dharmala Intiutama and continued developing his expertise in dealing with clients’ needs in accounting, auditing, marketing, sales and management.

His interest in strategic management encouraged him to pursue and earned his master degree at Asian Institute of Management in Manila.

Upon completion of the education in Manila he was offered as a partner in management consultancy (Johan Malonda & Partner) and financial consultancy (PT. Nexus Asia Pacific).

Currently at  Wiloto corporindo, his working experience and education with wide skill sets prove to be invaluable assets in understanding the clients needs and enable him to provide a practical and strategic solutions to the clients’ problems.

Mexson Sitompul

Partner, Direktur PowerPR Asia Pacific – Wiloto Corp.

Having completed from Padjadjaran University with degree in management. Since 1992 has been involved in operation and marketing activities at Bank Danamon Indonesia, restructuring and asset management investment (IBRA).

Prior to join PowerPR he was involved in financial and marketing activities for retail and corporate client. At PowerPR he is responsible for daily operational / business activities and corporate development of the company.

During his work at PowerPR he has involved in handling client such as Garuda Indonesia, Mandiri Sekuritas, Bank Danamon Indonesia and Newmont Nusatenggara, and Sarinah, etc.

Yessy Widyawati

Having completed from Akademi Perhotelan dan Pariwisata Sahid with degree in hotel management. Since 1996 has been involved in operation and management activities at some  companies, such as Pizza Hut, Borobudur Intercontinental Hotel Jakarta, Sempati Airways and etc.

At PowerPR she is responsible for finance and corporate development of the company. During her work at PowerPR she has involved in handling client such as Yayasan Olahragawan Indonesia, Bank Danamon Indonesia, Ministry of Finance Republic of Indonesia, Newmont Nusatenggara, Binus Groups, and etc.

Vanya Manuputty

Having completed from President University with degree in public relations. Since 2008 has been involved in operation and management activities at some Public Relations companies, such as Orang Tua Group.

Prior to join PowerPR she was involved in Media Relations activities for retail and corporate clients. At PowerPR she is responsible for Media Relations and Public Relations of the company. During her work at PowerPR she has involved in handling client such as Yayasan Olahragawan Indonesia, Bank Danamon Indonesia, Ministry of Finance Republic of Indonesia, Newmont Nusatenggara, Binus Groups, and etc.

Ronny Ruskandar
